1. Cancellation of One-Time Purchases
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment completion, one-time order cancellations depend on the order fulfillment status:

2. Subscription & Recurring Membership Cancellations
If you hold a recurring subscription or membership plan on buyhatke.shop:
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Access Until Period Ends: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
- No Automatic Refunds for Unused Time: Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically issue a partial refund for remaining days in the active billing period.

4. Duplicate Orders & System Errors
In the event of accidental duplicate payments (e.g., clicking pay twice or page timeout errors creating multiple identical charges):
Contact our support team with both order transaction details. We will immediately cancel the duplicate transaction and issue a full refund for the secondary charge.
